There was a thread about this on NSXPrime as well..

I say the guy's an idiot for taking a machine that isn't street legal on the road... maybe he should make sure there's oil in it before he starts it as well... and maybe not bag on a car that's not warmed up. There's so much that we don't know that the story is incomplete and meaningless.
