I dont car how busy "you think" you are... Always acknowledge EVERY customer waiting for your attention..
DONT make them stand there while you bottle feed the sales people.
DONT ignore the ONLY customer standing there needing assistance.
DONT spend 20 minutes with remotes FOBs when your customers needs arent even addressed.
That was my first and last time there. I voiced my opinion to my girlfriend who was waiting in the car and the salespeople sitting out side smoking infront of the building (tacky) just smiled as i drove off.
Just left a bad taste in my mouth. STILL havent got the part im looking for. |

Been there before and was willing to buy some wheels on the spot. They didn't even bother finding a price for the wheels. Said they would call back the next day but never heard from them ever again.
Lost a $1500 sale from that. I'd never step foot in that place again. |

Only SOME of the guys... But I'll agree.. I've been there on occasion, and I've had to wait 15-20 Minutes while they were talking to their friends at the counter... :rolleyes:

I called there because I was told they were a Kaminari supplier (by Kaminari). The first time they never called back, the second time they never called back, the 3rd time I went with someone else.
I thought I just wasn't getting a call back because it was for a domestic, but I guess that's not necessarily the case. |

| That's the thing with shops, they will never call you back unless its a 100 percent that they will make big cash off the deal. My advice.... Just keep calling. |

| The place was alot better when it was run by Verlin and Dallas and Milan. After they left the place went to the dogs. They USED to be a good shop. I guess thats what happens when you employ underqualified people from Superstore gas bars to work for half the money of well qualified competent people. The place was buzzing when they were there. Now it seems like morgue. Bad move on the part of Mayfield Toyota. |
