that diff noise was insane, worse than any fart can exhaust drone for a roadtrip.

but are you sure that the tranny would whine higher for each gear successively, i thought that each gear in a tranny would more or less make the same sweeping range of noise repeatedly since the combined circumference of the input and output gear pairs would be equal accross the board.
I'll have to ask that question the next time I'm in the company of someone who has run an actual straight-cut dog-box, for comparison.
I really thought that he was gonna biff when he hit that curb and the camera got all fuzzy. that would've left a small mark on one of those trees had he actually biffed. |
