Suggestion for buy and sell section... - Click HERE for Original Thread

SilverZ24
This is in regard to the cars for sale section specifically.

Can you guys split the cars for sale section into two sections? One being cars for sale and 'wtb' of under $5,000 and the other one for over $5,000? Kind of like the auto trader is on newstands.

The dollar amount could be different, but I think at about 5 grand it would split the section roughly in half. It would make it way easier for most people to look through and people wouldn't feel obligated to bump their thread every few days because of all the posts.

ChromeDragon kind of tried to do this with his winter beater thread, but people seem to be ignoring it and 5 grand and under is basically winter beater range for most people so the two forums would effectively keep the beaters/junk/project cars in one forum and everything else in the other.

While I'm on the topic of feedback, I guess I'll add this. I think having the "forum suggestions and feedback" in the RU Bored 2 section makes it look like you guys don't take the suggestions or feedback very seriously since it is basically in an off topic area. Somewhere else in the site would be better IMO.

But I could be on crack and if I had to pick one of my suggestions for you to act on it would definitely be the first post. lol

The mods have been working on a best solution for the marketplace for some time now. We will be implementing something similiar to what you've suggested. Thanks for the ideas though. (yes we do read this forum).
