What sort of exhaust work needs to be done? And whereabouts are you located?

Needs a new section of pipe shouldn't cost that much. Ohh and needs a new switch for the dash lights. Could just use a toggle or something but anything can be worked out I think it's a broken wire but possibly a very worn out switch.

Bump.

a 18 year old grand am, on it's last legs with 250,000km's.............?
I might give you $500 for it if it drives decent?

If you want to get techniqual, the car is only 11 as my sister bought it in 1995 and I got it in 2002. I would prefer to get $1000 for it as right before I moved from Courtenay BC (2 months ago) I had putabout $3000 into it in new parts alone. This car is an awesome car for winter, especially for one who has a tendency to mess around in the snow as it's just like a boat. Coming from BC to Lacombe taking the scenis route it only cost me $200 in gas so it's not a pig in that sense. The engine runsgreat, doesn't even show signs of having 250+++ clicks on it, has a new fuel pump, injector, filters, spark plugs, power steering fan belt, struts, coils, shocks, wire-thingys above the spark plugs.
It does have decent all season tires on it, along with a mp3 stereo.
