FIGURED IT OUT! The police car that's "chasing" the bike is the car that was ACTUALLY being pursued...don't believe me? Watch the video, note that that car has the lights "Premiered" onto it, and the door is not white like the other pursuing police cars which enter the picture later on...
Watch it! They "premiered" the vehicle to look like a police car...and then added the bike.
