Anti-Roll bars vs. stiffer springs - Click HERE for Original Thread

Kami
If you were going to do one or the other (not both), which would you choose? What are the pros and cons of each?

JustinL
I would do stiffer springs and matched shocks. Then add swaybars, prefereably adjustable, to fine tune the balance.

Sway bars don't control dive and squat but can be cheaper than springs. The stiffness is adjustable on a sway bar too if you can adjust the end links. Springs need to be swapped on most systems to adjust rate.

BUT
if you don't have stock sway bars get them!!! the difference is huge!! and you wont break traction in the rear all the time

sway bars brought my time down about 10 seconds

struts and springs only about 4-5 ( on top sway bars)
