Here's the deal...
My GF leased a saturn (was semi - pressured into it by circumstance, and didn't do the right research), and she wants to get out of the lease. She doesn't need the car anymore.
What can she do to allow her to come out of it without losing too much?
Thanks in advance for any replies, except for idiot replies... I'll flame you for those. |

Is she upside down on it? |

She has signed a contract agreeing to "rent" it for a certain amount of time. To see how to get out of the lease, read the contract.
I'm pretty sure the easiest way is to sell it and pay out the lease, though I'm sure that whatever she can get for the car will be markedly less than what she owes.
An alternative might be to find someone willing to take it over. She might have to pay a tranfer fee to do this.
I'm not really sure, I've never leased.
I heard this site has lots of info:
