New Dyno #s, Nissan Skyline - Click HERE for Original Thread

95IntegraRS
Well I installed a few things this week

First was a new front mount, installed this on Monday. Put it on the dyno and retuned it.

Now it puts out 225 WHP / 205 WTQ on the motor.

Also installed a 50 shot of nitrous.

Dyno tuned it on Friday night at 3 in the morning. At 800 PSI of bottle pressure, 3rd gear pull on the dyno...

Made 277 WHP / 300 WTQ.

Going to tweak my setup and get back on the dyno this week and hopefully have some higher #s to post up.

what is your third gear ratios? Why do a third gear pull?

kouki240
Holy shit your torque sky-rocketed with nitrous. This is a GTS-t right?

Not close to 1:1

Checking AFR, lower load.

For some reason at 7:15 am I find this really funny

Praylewd powr
so if your third gear ratio is not even close to 1:1, why a 3rd gear pull? To inflate your numbers?

McFly
numbers would be higher in 4th:dunno:

I know when i was on apex's dynojet they accidently tried to run in 4th and it loaded up better.
Made more power until it hit speed cut of course.

maybe he has speed cut still.

My numbers are 10% higher on average in 4th.

shouldn't your afr tuning be completed from street tuning? Even on the best dyno, you can't 100% driving conditions (load, temp, etc).

right about the dyno and gear though.....my oooops.....no need to roll eyes though!

;)

We are using conservative #s when tuning on the dyno. I'm not aiming to maximize my power at the expense of my motor. Just looking to make good conservative #s while maintaining a semblance of reliability.

And I do have to roll my eyes Duane, because you accused me of trying to blow my #s up. If you want to see blown #s, I will pull it at 1050 bottle pressure in 4th gear and load the dyno right up.

What time are you coming in on Sunday ?

Can't Stop Spin
10:00, unless you want me to show up a bit earlier? I have no problem with that. Gives me more time to get ready for the track afterwards

I'll see what I can do for you. I'd like to have you in earlier as well because Martin and I are both heading out to the track afterwords.

I'll give you a call if anything changes. See you there.

My apologies. I made a wrong accusation. You are right.....so I am sorry about that. I want to see higher numbers though!

277whp and 300wtq out of a 2.0L engine is nothing to sneeze at.
