Namely, try Ray. Several parts to it. It's like those books when you were a kid where at the bottom of the page you had to make decisions and go to different pages depending. Or am I showing my age?
And don't forget, droidarena.com. When I was did tech support we'd play that like mad. You CAN pay, but it's free too. You just don't get to play as much if you don't pay. It's more a thinking type game them. You build a program a fighting robot, join teams that fight over cities, and bet on who'll win and how. The fighting is completely automated based on the scripts you feed your robot before the fight begins. So you can spend hours tweaking your scripts, building your base, betting on matches, etc, so the 3 hour minimum between fights really isn't a hassle. It's addictive though. |

It's in Beta now so it's only single player mode. But I personally think once it's out of beta it'll be an amazing game since it's multiplayer, and doesn't require the typical installation.
That game is NUTS. Similar to Unreal Tournament. |

The game itself is fine, but the players. For crying out loud. "I'm flanking the enemy east to west through the ravine." Killed by a team member.
People don't listen, don't communicate, and don't watch what they're shooting/throwing grenades at. |
