I am tentatively thinking Tuesday November 21st for the AGM. Please reply and let me know if this works.
We NEED 80% of the membership present so please make sure to book this date off and attend.

| Not gonna happen here. Unless it's a Saturday or Sunday after about 6pm, I'm out until AT LEAST November 10. It's always busy through shutdown and 2/3 of my department is on holidays. |

Can we make this AGM really special and have some other day of the week? I would really like to attend...
Besides, we don't have that many members that we couldn't arrange another date to maximize attendance...
Perhaps we should move this conversation to the private forum and discuss some numbers, like current membership number, minimum number of atendees etc...
There are very few members here in this forum and I guess the best way to contact people regarding this AGM should be email or telephone.

| Agreed Fernando. Lets see what we are working with and possible dates. I would like to get this done in November. Unfortunately it will need to be a bit of a formal meeting. The location is going to need to be A) Open B) Available for us. |

Because we were unable to get the AGM email out in time (must be atleast 30 days notice) The AGM is tentatively rescheduled for:
When: Tuesday December 5th, 2006 @ 7pm
Where: Park Mazda
Please be sure to book off this date and attend. We need atleast 80% of our current membership attending.
