Practically brand new, used for only a few weeks. I purchased this for work and then realized that i do not like the double tap QWERTY keyboard. Comes with the pouch, battery, usb cables etc and i'll throw in the car adapter for free too and do the ESN change for free. retails for $499 outright, selling for $350obo. I am flexible to offers and willing to do trades to other PDA bell phones.
