just a saying but "bros" before "hoes" so if he ditches you for some girl he's obviously not that good of a friend anyways |

I don't really believe that. If they can find someone to connect with I don't really care if they spend a bunch of time together, just not all of their time. When people spend too much time together they get sick of each other quicker, which means eventually hearts are going to be broken. Just moderate the time gentlemen, 24 hours a day will get old really damn quick!

| Well it's bad when you chill with your bud on a reg. basis and then they get a g/f and you don't hear from em and they don't even call like they're too good for you or something *cough*RezaREX*cough* |

Personally, I like spending little time with a new intrest. Anticipating the next visit is always more exciting then spending every last minute with eachother. The way I see it, when a relationship is still young, it's not worth sacrificing everything just to hang with eachother; but as the relationship grows and becomes more serious I can see giving up time with the boys...
If that makes anysence.. I've had too many beers to make my point any clearer...

amen to that. when one of my friends meets a girl i totally understand why i don't see them around as often, and i'm willing to accept that. i know many on here disagree with me, but i've always been the kinda guy who thought, love needs you to be actively involved but friendships last forever, no matter how far apart you are sometimes the mere thought of knowing you have someone there for you is quite fulfilling. although yes, you often have to somehow communicate with your friend to let them know you're still thinking of them. sometimes a little phone call, "i just wanted to call and let you know i miss you these days, and you're still my best friend" can go a long ways.

Well what can you say, sex with a female is a hell of alot better then getting it in the ass, come on what if it was you, and you were with this really hot chick boneing all day. Would you have time to hang around with your friends? I sure would'ent and if they dint like it, too bad! i'd film the sex and mail it to them and show them just what I mean!
At first expect this too happen its only impulse and short term obsession, he'll be back once he realizes that he's neglecting his friends, and she starts leaving pads in his medicene cabniet and checking his answering machiene. |

sometimes a guy's gf is more to him than his gf
girlFRIEND
I agree though, excessive time with a gf & total neglect of friends isn't good (cuz I've been guilty of that too) but look at it from the other way around:
If YOU are a true friend, you wouldn't get upset at your friend cuz he has a gf now. You should understand & be patient.
Why don't YOU call him up & set something up for the three of you?? (You, him, his gf)
Show that you aren't a hypocrite in saying that he is ditching you, so don't ditch him.
Every relationship takes the effort of TWO. Sometimes one has to use more effort than the other. |

In reading through this thread I've realized that although I've dissed my crew for a gril, they've alway's been there. It's also nice to know that eventho I've ingnored a friend for a girl, I'd still diss her to help him out.
This thread is very insightful. :)

I have gotten the short end of the proverbial stick plenty of times (Bro's b4 Hoes). Then there are those times when your friends try to be all coy and slick about relationships, boasting to their friends when they're all out for dinner or drinking...3 months down the road they are playing personal valet and chauffeur to the "woman of his dreams", angry plucked eyebrows and all...

I only have female friends, so usually i'm hanging out with them even with my girlfriends...
always got the boys from work for rowdy partying, ( of course the girls are usually up for that too)
you think guys are bad, lesbians are worse, they find a girlfriend and all of a sudden you see them bi-yearly instead of bi-weekly........ |
