Hi Rick,
I just wanted to let you know that you folks did superb work fixing my wifes civic. We are very happy with the work. A few months ago Rick fixed the rear spoiler on my moms 2004 Lancer Rallyart, and installed a Compustar (do not remember the name but it was the newest one). Extremely pleased with the work so we decided to bring my wifes civic there.
Now for the review.
After dropping the car off in the morning of Dec 18 2006 at Aero Car Parts to get two deep and long scratches fixed on my wifes 2006 Civic, we were quoted a time frame of about 3 days to get the car fixed. This was not an issue as we were not in a rush for the car. Rick before had quoted us a few days on my moms car and it was finished ahead of time. Me being a skeptic, I figured this time it would be ready on time or maybe a day late. But not ahead of time. This is not a slam on Rick, just due to the time of year and the amount of vehicles that go into a shop a this time and the labour shortage in our city.
Tuesday afternoon I get a call from Rick saying that the car is finished ahead of time. Was I impressed....yes. So after already picking up the rental car (due to a delay on the insurance co) we were not able to pick it up that night.
Wensday my wife goes in to pick up the car. Shortly after she calls me to tell me it looks great and that they washed and detailed the inside and outside of the car.
When I get back home, me being the curious fellow that I am, I imediately go to the garage to do "my inspection". Everything matches perfectly, there is only a small small run on the paint, but it is hardly noticeable and it is expected.
I have had nothing but excellent and professional experiences when I have gone to Aerocarparts.
Thanks Rick and in the future if we have any more body work that needs to be done, we will bring our vehicles there in the future.
I rate Aerocarparts 10/10 and highly reccomend them to anyone.
