According to the origins or rice (Bryan Kwan) Rice is fake mods, like a fake intercooler or a fake typeR.<p>but now everytime a civic rolls by with a body kit and huge spoiler, people call it Rice. Why? For all we know he could have a Supercharger under the hood. So what is rice? |

Rice isn't functional. Fake disc brakes, bov speakers etc.
For me, a wild looking car isn't rice if it has something to back up the looks. Unfortunately, most wild looking cars have no dash to back up the flash. |
