Dude, first of all you have no clue as that is the correct wing.. Second of all, some people would rather not be noticed, unlike others who need the attention to compensate for lack of something else.. Plus, people who have any idea about cars would know it for what it is..

| Sorry for the confusion, I was just making a point I was not implying it was or wasn't a type R. I am jsut saying if someone was so inclined, they could call their vehicle a type R to sell it for more there is only a few REAL ways to tell if it is truely a type R, mainly the VIN |

dont take this personally but your an idiot.. the amount of money it would cost to do all the conversions that you can SEE IF YOU KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ITR, would be rediculously expensive and only an idiot would spend that kind of moeny to convert an SE when you could just as easily go out and buy one for the same amount of money... i wish a mod would start banning these idiots. |

i didnt take it personally, but your an idiot. Its because of what i know about ITR's that lets me say that. Every ITR sold on the interent usually has a VIN to go with it because of the ITR imitation among teg owners and how often these cars are stolen. I never said it wasnt an ITR.
But any buyer should be aware that 1) people sell regular tegs as ITR's to make money
2) Parts can be swapped to help make #1 more believable (not usually why they were swapped on tho)
3) ITR's are one of the most stolen vehicles out there. It would take me one year and about 5k to make an LS into an ITR and sell it for 20k, of course that would be entirely illegal but very very possible. I could pick up a busted up, but driveable teg for dirt cheap. Steal or fence stolen ITR items and put them in myself.
All of this isn't very plausible, but very possible. There is a new scam born every minute and a sucker born at the same time, so when shopping for something like an ITR, which is quite unique becuase of what it is, your never sure that it is what it is untill a VIN is posted. Even then you cant take that as a for sure, untill you run the VIN thru a DMV.
And lastly if you read my post properly you would have seen that i said "until a VIN is posted, then there is no for sure way to tell this a type-r" I did not say that it is not a itr
now shush.

I'll vouch for this car. Not only is it an authentic Type-R (I'm sure proof can be provided to any actual buyers), but it's in absolutely immaculate shape, inside and out. Practically looks brand new inside. |

hahahaha thats the same with 4th gens. alot of people shave the srv badges off because its got the h22 and the car can be broken into easily
