A few people know the story regarding my (now sold) Galant, and AFI was the shop that I took it to regarding the repairs it needed.
Martin was very upfront with me about the repairs needed, plus anything he thought should be done (intercooler piping comes straight to mind, since I remember them blowing Matt's across the shop). Admittedly, it took us all a while to find what was wrong with the engine, but we had absolutely no reason to suspect it was as bad as it was. He gave me a very accurate estimate and timetable and they rebuilt the whole engine within a week, plus gave me a free tune to get it running. Also, the hours they work are great, late morning to 9 at night or later.
The job was done well and the new IC piping is outrageously good (Sorry, Kris, but I think Cody will be tearing it apart soon).
Hopefully, since I'm not buying a winter beater (I'll just continue my theivery of my parent's van), I'll be dept-free by Spring and they can help me with an N2O kit for my NSX.

Nitrous is for pussies Ryan, get a blower.
PS. I diagnosed the problem correctly through a text after hearing the symptoms, but somebody chose not to believe me because the timing belt was still intact.:p |

Can't afford a blower man. It's like a 10K kit. A 50 shot should be decently fun.
