Please park on the North side of the building. The meeting will be held in the 2nd floor boardroom and will start at 7:30 PM.
Non-members are welcome to attend. Seating is limited. |

You should be able to sign up at the meeting. It helps when the "director of memberships" and "treasurer" are there, but if not you can leave a cheque or cash along with a filled out membership form with the other exec and it will get passed on to the appropriate person. And there's bound to be someone at the meeting who will have forms. (I was going to direct you to the link on our website but just noticed that version of the form is extremely out of date.. yikes!).
The formal part of the meeting doesn't tend to take longer than about ~45-60 min. Then after that its socializing. |

Looks like we have a new topic to table at the meeting this week. The subject is June car shows. Unfortunately it looks like the DTP organization has moved their dates into June this year which kinda messes with our schedule a bit.
If we stick with our usual, the Saturday on the Father's Day weekend (June 16th), we will be in direct conflict with Edmonton's DTP. If we deviate from that particular weekend our venue may not like that (assuming we stick with the usual venue). If we revert to our old date, which was the 1st weekend in June we conflict with the Calgary DTP, which may or may not be an issue for the Calgary Z Club (not sure if they participate or not). |

For what.. the regular monthly meeting? Well there won't be a lot of anything if you're asking about the cars (as opposed to the people) because in the middle of winter most of us have our babies parked. But generally speaking our club spans ALL generations of Z, from 1970 to present, as well as several non-Z models from Nissan/Datsun/Infiniti. |
