| I got into a car accident about a month ago. Everything was fine, then I get a call from a lawyer telling me that the person I hit is taking me to court for injuries. Does anyone know how much this guy an take from me or what's gonna happen to me. |

if you have insurance, then your insurance company will take care of it for you. just call your insurance company and tell them exactly what the lawyer told you.

I wouldn't worry too much about the cost, the good thing is you could pay โK or 躔, and the worst your insurance can do to you is not honor a renewal on your policy.<p>Move on to another insurance company and their prices will be higher, but you'll survive. Is the policy under your name? |
