lol. no worries. It's all in good fun. ALthough, I would love to have those Ferrari F40 brakes... That's about all I would take off that car. |

I don't think there is a catch. It's WYSIWYG. Probably can't sell it for any higher. I think he could have had more money for that car if it was the exterior of the car was unmolested. |

Anyway, what an odd mix of rice and race parts. Why would you put a roll cage in a car that will never see track time? Or conversely why put sissor doors and other crap (that just makes your car heavier, etc.) on a car you might've been intending to track? |

Yeah, just the front kit alone is probably $2500-$3000 USD.
But the seller saying he has "Ferrari F40" brakes is a bit of a misnomer. The BBK that Brembo markets as "F40/F50" uses pistons and/or entire calipers of similar size to what they would put on those Ferraris. But I don't believe these kits are the actual OEM equipment that Ferrari uses on those supercars. Its more likely just marketing trickery so people can run around telling people they have "Ferrari brakes" on their: Z, Corvette, WRX, etc.... |

I agree. A whole lot of contradictions in his choice of parts, and sounds unusually low pricewise based on preliminary viewing. I'd like to see more photos, etc.
