Fun Newer Car - Click HERE for Original Thread

Mugenmclude
So im looking for a newer car that would be a fun daily driver ive drove some il list and my over all score. Any sugestion will be awsome.

- VW GTI , this car was not satisfying at all, it felt like a shitty attemt of a sporty mini van, If you tryed to launch when wet out it would fall on its ass because of the stability conntrol, the only time it was fast and you could feel the torqe is at 80km in 3rd gear and you stomped on it. Very fast on the high way but slow in the city ,turbo lag? Crappy handling and abs sucks.

- 03 SRT 4, The seats were kinda hert my ass and the suspenson sucked but the loud blow off valve made you forget about it.The shifter felt realy sloppy but it seemed like a better car than the vw.

- 06 CIVIC SI, i looked at it and wow what an ugly pos. I took it for a spin bombed a bunch of corners , red lined it at 8500rpm and wow this thing handled suprisingly well for its weight, the stock exhuast sounded sweet too. This car would make a perfet fun daily driver but i hate the way it lookes inside and out.

so id rather try an RSX-S or 00 ITR or even a GSR any one own one of theese 3 what would be a perfect fun daily driver/ posible stock auto x car?

SRT-4's were not sold in Canada in 03. So unless the Speedo was in MPH you were not driving an 03.

BTW: The shifter is an easy fix. Mopar sells a better unit for under $150.

Transporter
RSX-S FTW

u will have way too much fun with it

i was gonna get one but i heard they used a macpherson front suspension instead of duble wishbone an reverse coiled springs.Kinda makes me want to get a k2o swap and better springs on my 05 civic lol

Your 05 Civic uses the same suspension setup as the RSX.

i dont think it has the macphearson fornt like the ep3,dc5 and the new civic si

yes, it does have the macs in the front. double wishbone in the back

LOL Pwn3d.:smack:

ehos
MINI!

Honestly, they sucked the fun out of new cars. Unless you go crazy and get a Vette or a Stage III SRT, new cars are blah.

(But I still like the G!)

so the comparason to macphearsons to double wishbones are pretty even when daily driven giving no real notice of diffrence untill fully moded for race use then they show advantages and disadvantages.

Il look for a rsx s to test drive and see what i think.
