I think your best bet would be find a buddy in town with a trailer and pay him in beer and pizza!

ya i looked into this when i had to go pick up my clip.....its like 600-700 bucks whether you get a tow from here to there and back or hire someone from calgary to tow here and then drive back to calgary.....best bet is to rent a trailer from trailers unlimited (around yellowhead and fort rd) i think it was only a hundred bucks or less for a flat bed tailer, and tow it yourself...

agreed, when we took kayles car down to calgary to rx-7 specialists, we just rented a trailer from U-haul and hauled it down ourself..probably $120 plus $100 gas, there and back, we dropped the trailer off in calgary too so we didnt have to tow it back here

Go to Flaman!!!
I went there when I towed my Porsche to Pigeon Lake. They only charge $45 a day for flatbed. Then get a friends truck or somehting. Flaman is located on HWY 2, just north of Leduc. It's the building that always has a dummy on a treadmill on the side. Go south out of Edmonton, and take the first exit into Nisku, then take the first on left (going north again) and it'll come up on the left side.

When do you need it picked up? I'm going down to Calgary to pickup a rolling chassis in a few weeks and I should have enough room in the trailer to stuff another car in there. Going down with an F350 and an enclosed trailer so it's not going to be totally easy on gas, but I'd split the cost with you.
