need opinion on some double dins - Click HERE for Original Thread

K2`
Hi All,

I"m planning to get a double din unit for my car and i just need some opinions on what to get. Ultimately, i would want something with nav in it. The ones i've chosen so far are:

Kenwood DDX7019
Pioneer AVIC-Z1 or AVIC-D2
Eclipse 5510 or 6610

eclipse is a little bit more pricy, and i don't know if its worth extra money. I've heard mixed review about the pioneer. I'm leaning towards getting the Kenwood. I'm just not sure about their quality and such.

does anybody have experiences with any of these?

THanks!

i got the eclipse and my buddy got a kenwood execleron and i think they are both good , however i like my eclipse for the navi function better it is much smoother than the kenwood and pioneer.. thats my 2 cents

we got the Kenwood DDX7019 in our demo car at A&B and its pretty good, nice tuning but it has been eating discs now and then. the picture is decent.

the pioneers are good but i haven't had any hands on exp with them.

Eclipse are good decks great pre-out power but les tuning.

tryed alpine iva - w200
