| so i may have found a scrap car that runs perfectly fine but was in a prety heavy front end collision, then got broken into and what not. so its not worth to much nemore since the wheels also were stolen! but i have a 91 318iS right now and i looked up on the net and the 325 motors putting 168hp when new... if i got the car, would it be really worth it for me to spend the time swapping out the whole motor/ drive train to the 325's? thanks for the input! |

| depends how much that extra horsepower is worth to you. factor in labor and downtime and it might not be a good idea to do that |

acutaly yes ha! i was by malcoms tint gettin a estimate.. then went by the vw place to check on whose it was and the guy in there said he was looking to sell... whats the story with the car anyways?

the car was pretty much babied intill the front end accdenict ! none fault of my friends he left his car with a "local" shop and there mech took it for a rip and smashed into a parked car !! he got a pay off from them and got to keep the car.
he was gonna fix it up, BUT then the wheels and stereo and shit were jacked !! but the building has video of the ppl stealing the shit soooo haha so those guys are gonna get whats coming to them.
anyways !! yeah pretty much a good parts car !! |

| ooo well at least he can see kinda who did it! but ya it looked prety clean! and the guy at the vw shop said they were thinking about trying to get it aswell because of the condition. would you be able to let him know im interested? i gave my number to the guy at autobaun or something but id imagine ull see him before that guy will! |

| all depends what your plans are with the car. if you want to mod it get the 325 motor as it will be much more receptive |
