FS: 1990 Nissan Skyline GTR Nismo Edition #181 - Click HERE for Original Thread

MiniMan
Description:

Reluctantly I've decided to put my Nismo Edition GTR up for sale. A few weeks ago I would have never thought of selling this car, but expenses on my daily driven Audi S4 have been mounting and I can no longer keep up without selling one of my cars. I've owned this car for 8 months now and through the vast majority of that time, it was in storage for winter. I just brought it out for summer however and I've had a LOT of work done to it to get it into pristine working order. The work included two new rear outer tie rods and one front inner tie rod, new battery (w/ warranty), installed a new horn, fixed the windshield washers, installed brand new Falken Azenis RT-215 rubber on all four corners and the list goes on. To add to this, when the car left Japan last fall, I had a new windshield fitted, as well as new wipers, so absolutely NO pitting issues!

This is a truly *PRISTINE* car as all who have seen it in person can tell. The interior is virtually flawless. The drivers seat shows very little wear, as does the rest of the steering wheel. The intake manifold has only a hint of cracking/peeling paint, the timing belt was done only 30,000km ago and what can be said about the paint, besides the fact that it is next to flawless! To find such a rare Nismo Edition GTR in this great of shape, clearly does not happen very often. There were only 560 of these cars made, and of that, no more than 7-8 are confirmed to exist in Canada. I have spent a great deal of money to make sure this car would be one of the cleanest GTRs around and without the smallest doubt, the previous owners did as well - it really shows.

I think it goes without saying that these cars normally handle, brake and accelerate quite well, and this example is definitely no exception. I will not even attempt to elaborate on any of these points as I know I can do the car no justice. If you are seriously interested, I would encourage you to simply come and take a look at the car in person.

Extras:

I was planning on making full use of the two awesome Nismo turbos this summer and as such, I picked up a few extra parts that I was planning on using to get there. For those of you that don't know, these Nismo turbos are good for 600hp!

To get there with this car though, you'd need a good standalone setup (Apex'i PowerFC + Commander for instance) so that you can properly tune the car, larger MAFs, fuel injectors and a larger fuel pump.

I purchased, but have not installed the Apex'i PowerFC and Commander and two 3.5" Nissan Q45 MAFs. These will be available to the next owner at a discounted price.

wow. beauty ride.

Fazda
nice lookin ride.. why is the s4 costing u soo much money, u have me worried...

MiniMan
I'm just having the motor built up in it right now (bottom and top end), clutch, tranny swap, bushings, stiffer mounts, etc., etc.. All the receipts for it are really starting to stack up though. On top of that some guy down in Calgary just scammed me on a laptop buy, so I'm out close to a grand there and I'd also like to take some courses over summer at Grant Macewan, which also costs money :( . PM me if you'd like and I can shoot you more details on the S4!

Kind thanks to both of you for the compliments by the way, they are much appreciated :) .

MiniMan
Bah, I hate it when you PM someone and that happens. My apologies mate. I just emptied it out for you. Thanks again.

MiniMan
Thanks dude! :D

crazyrx7
Now thats a skyline. Sweet ride. If only they weren't rhd.

R.K.

MiniMan
Thanks dude! RHD cars definitely appeal to a niche market. I was a little indifferent when I got my first RHD car... but to be honest... I kind of like it now :) . Keeps me from being lazy and going through drive-thrus too! Haha.

Corey

polishguy
Can't believe you are selling it man, one of the nicest skylines in Canada. I rode in this car and it sounds and pulls like a demon! Bump for an honest seller and a baddass skyline!

MiniMan
Thanks Adam for the props!

It is definitely a very clean car and I hope the next owner takes as good of care for it as the previous owners and myself have :) .

MiniMan
Thanks again Hacman! You're a good guy and who knows, maybe it'll be around. No followup on any of the offers I've had so far, so you may just be in luck, haha :) .

Cheers.

hacman
NICE!!! maybe who knows. It just sucks not knowing cause the only reason I would even sell my ride is for the one your selling, so man thatll suck if I do sell mine too late lol.

peace

MiniMan
Haha, well if you do manage to sell it... give me a ring the same day and you'll have dibs on it for a little while  .

MiniMan
So many offers on this thing, but no follow up so far! Looks like she'll be going up in the Trader ASAP.

Corey

MiniMan
Got another offer, so she's not going up in the trader this week.

Corey

MiniMan
Well, I finally decided to toss her up in the Trader as I just wasn't getting the followup needed to sell the car by posting it online. :(

That said, thanks again to everyone for their interest!

Cheers,

Corey

amar

Xtra_X
Do you have an numbers on this car TQ/HP 1/4 mile?

MiniMan
Thanks guys!

Xtra, never dynoed or run at the strip. The HP gauge reads 270 WHP at WOT in 2nd gear, which is right on par with where it should be running such low boost.

Cheers,

Corey

MiniMan
She's now pending sale.

MiniMan
Deposit placed.

NerdJuice
You can all get your grimey eyes and hands away. It's mine.

She's SOLD!
