its been a week of hell for me. Its not that I don't know my car or anything, I have been running codes, testing parts checking everything just to get it running right.
I replaced the ECU and now I have no power on acceleration. Boosts to 5psi until it reaches 4500 rpm then sputters.
Ive done Vac leak checks, Ignition system diagnostics and so on. Now I am on fuel.
Walbro was put in last night and I still have to remove the high pressure inline pump and do some wiring to see if this solves the problem.
If it does I will come out.
if not bust out the fishing rods, this car will be a sinker in the river! |

Yea its a blast...
Ive only had it since thursday though.
The engine runs real smoothly but the body is no piece of work. Body kit was put on with bondo and is cracking along every seem, paint is chipping everywhere, front skirt got ripped off, it aint pretty aha, But i love it.
Not used to driving a car that gets attention, havent decided if i like it or not. Come out of mac's and theres 10 people around it. Dont understand why, it looks like a piece of junk from the outside aha.
Maybe ill try to make it out next weekend... never been to a meet before though. |

Thanks for the little cruise there, Crystal... the Lights were good way out in the boonies. Glad the cop never pulled me either, with the tinted windows and FRS Radio on my sun visor.. :lol: And you should definately bring more friends out... :stickpoke |

My temporary air filter was restricting the flow of air like mad.
Since then I have set up the wastegate so it defaults at 10psi, if I had a bleeder valve (manual boost controller) I could set it at 15-20 psi depending on if the car pings or not.
Next week it'll be there.
I don' like missing out on all the fun.
