Tranny was replaced under warranty at 50K. New OEM clutch, Final Drive & Flywheel were also replaced at that time.
All service work was performed at West Side Acura (where the car was purchased).
Free oil changes for life were included with the purchase of the car. Consequently, Oil changes have been performed every 2-4K km.
Car has been parked during the winter for the last four years, and only averaged around 5K km each year during that period of time.
Car is currently parked in my garage for the winter, but is unable to be driven, as I have no driveway to get the car out easily (New House). Subsequently, no test drives are available.
Car has not been started this year, but will need fuel conditioning ($30) upon startup from the winter break.

I am not overly enthustiastic about selling my car; it has been a major part of my life for the last seven years and brought me an immense level of joy. However, the wife & I have decided that the money would best be spent on other priorities, especially given the low usage the car has seen over the past four years.

Hopefully the builders will have the drive way completed this spring...If you are serious about the car, we will find a way to get the car out safely; we did get the car in!
