I have a full, two bedroom basement suite for rent in northwest Edmonton. Separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, office, living room etc. Suite will DEFINITELY be available on April 30.
The whole kitchen is brand new with new tile floors, cupboards, stove and fridge. New carpet in the living room as well. Everything is repainted with new closets and new drop ceilings in a couple of the rooms.
Rent will be $900 a month for all utilities(power, heat and water), and cable TV.
I do not have photos of the complete basement at the moment, just shots while the renos were being done. If anyone is interested and wants to see photos please feel free to PM me or call Matt at 265-2365. Or if you want to come by and see the place you can give me a call as well. I will be around later this week if anyone wants to come see the place in person.
Here are some outside shots of the house for the moment. They make the place look deceivingly small, but it's actually pretty roomy. The master bedroom in the basement is the biggest in the house. The last shot shows where it sits in relation to the huge park across the street. It is on a quiet road with no thru traffic. Just the people up the street go by.

Original post edited. The current tenants seem to refuse to pay their rent so they are definitely going to be gone. They've been here since Feb. 1st and all that I have received to this point is what they were supposed to have paid on the move-in date. Tired of the excuses so I just want some reliable people down there.
