Well I got my new job 3 months ago in a Mickey Mouse detailing shop with a huge wage increase. Well needless to say the manager of the place fucked me and canned me. I knew something was up cus he either would never talk to me , lost his sense of humour quite abruptly , and started to be a jerk and say bullshit remarks about me behind my back :mad:
If he would have gave it more thought before and considered the wages to high for his budget he wouldnt have had to lie to my face on why he had to let me go. I put 7 years into this dealership and end up gettin punted like trash isnt that convenient!? Now I am deciding to boycott this department of the dealership cus the scurvey bastard deserves a bit of his own medicine with the shawdy work his body shop is allowed to put out and corners he makes them cut.
This is Koch body shop and I hope they go down like a Lead Balloon!!! Like an owner I talked to about the place said "Ford excecutives often ask me if we still have a bodyshop!?" I think that says it all right there....
This is just the bodyshop not the rest of the dealership , I found the people at the other departments to be down to earth.... |

| Sucks to hear Mark. With your skills you should be back on your feet in no time though. Maybe have a chat with Zahir down at ZR Auto? I bet he could use a really talented detailer to shine up all those exotics.:thumbup: |

Ya the people I am using for refferences are the owners of the Koch Group. They are upset about the whole situation they even offered to simply give me my job back since my boss layed me off without informing them first. I didnt take it tho and they understand. There is bitter resentment now towards the body shop manager and the main controller of the group. I think the main controller got more hell for the entire situation than the BS manager cus he ok'd the termination of a long term empolyee without consult/consent of an owner.
So I got some solid refferences there. I was hoping if anybody in the site that I have helped out in the past could pm me with some additional refference backup that would be handy too and I would be so thankfull for it : ) can never have enough refferences right?
Thanks for the support Chromey oh and by the way I got a interview toaday at a RV dealer in Sherwood Park , sounds like hes willing to pay me the same to start as I was makin a Koch , I just gotta scope the place before I make a move : )

Great news Mark. It's good that you have a reference there at Koch as well. Maybe you could go back and get the guy fired along with a big fat raise. ehhe

| One thing to consider - perhaps try going to a place that will allow you to run a detailing business on the side? I remember in the past you mentioned a previous employer wouldn't be too happy knowing you were detailing cars on the side... |

Well I got the job from the interview. Its a nice place people are amazingly cool : )
ATM I got things up in the air as for time to do extra things and whatnot so to all askin for some work from me in here or via pm I will get back to you as soon as I figure out mt stuff :)

I would love to be fired from any job. One month pay for each years service is almost a given. Judges always pay out to the employee, so you can most likely neg without ever going to court.
