Smokin hot means a hard body too. A girl might have a pretty face and just not be fat, but they have no "substance" I like muscle tone on a girl. Yea my gf Hates the gym, but loves swimming and such. She just doesn't like cardio machines, etc. She would rather be swimming.

Well last month I weighed in at 171 lbs....and after one month of hard training, I am up to 184 lbs. My diet mostly consist of Skinless, boneless chicken breast, turkey burgers (hey, its bbq season!) lots of protein shakes, tuna and sliced turkey meat on bagels.

yeah it is. I regret not buying a Muscle Mag, I saw last summer, with various exercises one could do without any weights. A variation of pushups, among other things.
Tried burpees last night, they were fairly intense. |
