Not sure if this is where this should go...but anyhow,
How tall is everyone on here and how much do you weigh?
I'm about 5 foot 10 1/2 and currently weigh 173 LBS.
I have cut a lot of fat out of my diet and have been doing TONS of cardio (upwards of 3 hours a day for 5-6 days a week)
Since November, I dropped 22 LBS.

I'm 6 ft and ~200 lb. I could definitely stand to lose about 15-20 pounds or so.
But damn... I could drop some fat out of my diet, sure. But I don't HAVE 3 hours a day to do that shit. I normally don't have 3 hours a day free to just do any of the following leisure activities: watch TV, play guitar, work on the car, play with the dog, surf the net, etc. I sure as heck wouldn't have that kind of time available for just exercise.
Maybe if I took up jogging while having a guitar strapped to my neck, the dog on a leash and a PSP or a book in my other hand...
(but that still leaves out the wife, the car, the house, the chores, etc...) |

I started a new workout program and I'm using MuscleTech's Stacker supplements. Consists of Gakic, Leukic and Creakic. I'm combining that with a diet of 270+ grams of protein a day.

Fat bastard here.
5'11" 240lbs. Jesus I was 190lbs when I met my wife. I used to kayack, some rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking and camping. She didn't do shit. Ask me why I married her when we had nothing in common.
Peaked at 250, now doing daily weight training, some cardio and eating better.
Typcial meal then.... (at work)
Morning Coffee Break: chocolate bar, or bag of chips and a can of pepsi.
lunch: Pizza or sub or michelina and can of pop.
Afternoon coffee break: Coffee Break: chocolate bar, or bag of chips and a can of pepsi.
After work, hit 7-11 for 2 corndogs and a pepsi.
Supper: she was a great cook, mostly pasta though.
late night snack: Some nachos and a pepsi.
So yeah, 8 years of that and no wonder I'm a fat bastard.
Work day now.
6am: toast with 1tsp cream cheese, or banana and orange. Water
7am: banana and water
morning coffee: Orange and raw carrots, and water
Work out and cardio before lunch (yeah I have time to work out at work)
Lunch: Chicken breast, tomato, raw carrots, and water.
Afternoon coffee: orange, and water.
Supper, let loose a bit with a chicken ceaser salad. or some sushi, or perhaps a teen burger with no fries or pop. And water. (only one of the above per day, not all at the same time)
Or more chicken breast, with some broccoli, carrots and potatos with cheese.
snack at 8pm: orange
So yeah its starting to come off. Already down 2 belt holes. I give a renter of mine a ride to work but once he's laid off again (common in his trade) then I'm going to be biking to work instead of driving.
LOL eating better and exercise = weight loss and muscle build up. Who knew!
who knew.
God damn.

shit don't tkae any advice from me then.
5'10" 183lb's
how do i stay at this weight and neither gain nor loss is beyond my understanding.
i don't work out, i don't eat healthy, all i do is roller blade, ride my bike and eat junk.
then again working on the rig did help tone up my arm's a bit. lol
i used to be at a whopping 280lb's... :S yeah i know... i've lost this weight in the peirod of less then a year. no surgery, no dieting. nothing. just straight work. it was all done from my lack of being able to stay still.
i honestly couldn't stand sitting any more, i needed to be out and about. its rare to see me on here. when i'm on here its because i have paper work i gotta do so i take advantage of it and check out shit.
btw all i eat is cheese pizza, frie's, chicken fingers, hot dog's and other foods that provide no source of good for my self, but i do enjoy my pepsi's and barley sand wiche's. lol(beer for you slow people) |
