Ok here we go.
Can I get a ticket thrown out because of an invalid date of issue, or incorrect address? (or both) ? on different tickets? doesnt ALL the information have to be absolutly correct?
Thanks!

| you could probably argue that it proves the officer wasn't doing his job to 100% of the level required since such a mistake was made and thus other mistakes could have been made in issuing the ticket.... |

you may be able to...all though PO do have a certain time limit to issue a "correct" ticket if they so wish......but that rarely happens.....never hurts to try

| If you hire Brian Burnheart through "Tickets" He will definately get it thrown out. But it will cost you about 250 |

I visted the Crown Prosc today, Got the ticket with the incorrect date wiped off, only paid the fine (98bux)
The one with the incorrect address was reduced to 78bux and 2 dimerits (From 3 dimerits and 108bux).... (once it gets filed, I only got it 2 days ago)
He told me the only things that have to be correct are the offence, your name, the date, the court date, and the officers name/information.
He also said there were a few options, the ticket could be cancled, and a copy mailed to the officer, and he has 6 months to write you a new one, and if he doesnt, you dont pay the fine or get the dimerits. Or You could go to court, or you could take the dimerits and pay the ticket, or Just pay the fine.. I try not to gamble, So I went for the sure deal :)
Hope this helps others with their ticket "Situations" :) I might beable to answer other things incase I forgot something..

Yea. If I chose that route, the officer would have 6 months to correct his error and send me another ticket; Which I would have to pay. If he didnt, I wouldnt have to pay the fine or get the dimerits. Since I dont like chancing things, I choose the other route :)
