...does sauce make a difference?
I heard someone tell me that donair meat is the best kinda meat out there for you ... :lol: is this true? ....and how much protein would be in one of those donairs anyways?

Man I was just thinking of the week I went for donairs after every work out.
My strength and size gains improved quite a bit during that week.
Or maybe it was just all in my head. :dunno: |

I eat about 5 donairs a week and am in very good shape
They are not "good" for you because of tons of saturated fat.
