Woo Hoo...Monday morning I embark on a 2 week water clensing expedition to tetoxify my body and reset my systems....
Done this once before, let me tell ya its incredibly difficult.
Anyone have any good experiences on this, maybe tricks to keep yourself of thinking food, as you basically wont be eating for 2 weeks...

Add some metamucil to your water if it doesnt mess up your plans.
It's just fibre..that would keep you regular, lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of certain cancers...
..Ultimately..it's bulk forming action will make you feel full and supress your hunger.

Actually I'm going "au naturel", so no pharmacutical/processed trash...
Conventional fibre mixed with water, vitamins/minerals.
I've had so many problems in life that I just need to RESTART!
Lots of Organics, Fish, and free range chicken, cutting out alotta red meet and processed foods...
Low sugar/gluten intakes, minimal carbs, 3-4L of water a day
We'll see how it goes.
