| before you get flamed, you should be a little more specific. what is your budget like, are you going B18C, B16, or something else. are you looking to spend $2000 or $5000. any performance shop in edmonton will do a swap for you for the right price, its a matter of what your plans are for the car and what your budget can take. my personal preference would be Speedtech, they're extremely reputable. :dunno: |

if your baller??? if your fucking stupid. a crx is a light car by any standards that you want to use and that engine is heavy. thats the engine from a prelude and with all that weight in the front if your looking to do any driving thats not 1/4 mile kiss the :mad: enjoyment of your car away as it will pull like a bitch just not in a straight line |

i'm not trying to be a dick or anything, but a K series engine is from an Acura RSX. an H22a would be from a prelude. your point about weight is still valid, though... although K series engines aren't horribly heavy by honda's standards, i'd think about the same as a B18C and lots of people put those in CRXs? |

Wow, you must be dumb. The only reason I'm going to flame you is because you "tried" to flame gfk.
The K series is out of either a RSX, 02+ Civic SiR, TSX or a 02+ CRV.
Obviously you have no knowledge of Hondas. Oh, and btw, that motor you are thinking of, is a H22A. And that motor or the newer K-series motors are not to heavy for a CRX or any other Civic.
You should get your facts straight before you post false information.

| just got up i worked the graveyard...my bad. i know that its the H22 i was gonna put in the K22 but im still a little out of it sleep wise you know. and i didnt try to flame him but im gonna say that i fucked up bad on that one...again my bad |

There is a K20 or a K24.

| if i had another crx i would go with a b18a swap and then get a turbo and give'r. i'm pretty sure you could have a b18 swapped in for under 4000. it's a very easy swap and some good low end torque with a light car like that makes for a good time. |

he did the install himself, his swap came with everything, axles/ecu/harness/linkages/etc...
then he came and helped me do mine.:D |
