I have to give my dog away, she's a 5 or 6 month old chocolate Lab, she has a little shepperd in her as well so she's not purebred. she's very well behaved most of the time, she's house broken and usually will not leave the yard (our yard is not fenced, so that's worth noting).
she's terrified of cars, so she stays away from the road and stuff. she's very good with kids, though she is a lab so she's a bit hyper and has a tendancy to run over the littler ones if she gets too excited.
I'd prefer to see her go to someplace like a farm or acerage where she can be out and run around a lot.

Lab/Shepherd is a good breed. Should have all the drives necessary to protect a family once she breaks the 2-year old mark, but the lab should keep the shepherd in her from eating children for wrestling or falling on the alpha.
