Setting up TV for second display? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Kybol
Is there any way to setup my TV to have a different resolution as my monitor? I have a widescreen 22" monitor and a regular 27" TV, hooked up with a s-video cable. MY video card is a 7900 GTX. When ever I ry to change it, the tv won't show the whole screen.

Thanks

nx2k
Is the 27" HDTV? if not, it will display at 480i, meaning the resolution is way to small (except watching movies)... in other words it will look like crap...

Kybol
ok, it isn't HDTV. So there is no way to do this then?

nx2k
yeah the only thing it will be good for is watching movies... but typing internet or anything like that will be crap, you can barely read the writing on 480i
