LOL this is too funny. that sucks to hear but whats funny is in that link at the end of it, it says go to dougs place . I just made a thread about how that is the best place to go and i would strongly recommend you go.

Now for my input about R&S collision. Its owned by the owner of sun toyota. I worked there with a friend for a year and all i can say is NEVER go to either. that dealership is crooked and always ripped people off. They sold a guy a toyota tacoma when it has a damaged engine from the factory. The guy drove it away came back 24 hours later and wanted a refund. They told him to bad its been 24 hours get lost. I couldn't believe it and i watch the whole thing.

The body shop R&S will probably not pay for any of the damage they caused to your vehicle. I would just go straight to BBB and get the show rolling. Don't waste your time. As a former employee i am telling you, you are not going to get the results you want if you complain at that place.

they said they will fix it and be more accountable next time.

Val said that he admits that the guy that caused the damage to hood during the inspection should have been paying better attention to what he was doing.

well val is the one good guy there so congrats. R&S is not as bad as sun toyota but still over priced imo
