what's your take on a car that:
-has 227HP turbocharged
-AWD system that is linked to mutiple WRC Gold medals
-all the other goodies of a WRX<p>but is AUTOMATIC<p>I know a guy who got a WRX but is automatic, IMO that is probably one of THE dumbest things i've ever heard.
IMO the whole point of a WRX is to take it fast into/out of turns, push the HANDLING capabilities & etc
wouldn't a manual allow for all those things?
but an auto?
i mean an auto WRX is still a great/fast car, but i think this guy missed out on probably THE most important factor of a WRX, HANDLING<p>what do you think? |

To each their own, right?
I have nothing against automatics, but a manual would seem more appropraite for the WRX. As long as the owner does not plan on hitting the rally circuit, then it should not matter if it is auto or manual. |

| I think to take full advantage of the WRX, a Manual is best suited to the car.<p>But I have to admit, ever since I've been driving with a CF clutch, getting started is reeeaaal hard, it's more like an on-off switch.<p>Makes me think more aobut an automatice everyday... |
