Couple hundred? i don't have the seats yet but i know you guys are competive in your prices and i know that you guys do good work when it comes to this stuff. I wouldn't want to have E-Z motorsports embroidered into it just turned from black with red stitching to red with black stitching |

| Odd, I was.. did you ask for a receipt when you didnt recieve one? If you did and he said no, and you REALLY wanted one I would have said something and wanted my money back, and if he didnt you could easily deal with it... I can only see issues caused by oneself. If you just dont take a receipt and ASSUME he will remember you and what you bought and when then its still your own fault. I am by no means protecting ez or anything but I am just saying as a consumer you have the right to these things, and by not taking action it is only your own fault. |

I've asked for recipts, cause I can use them for write-offs... well a portion there of.
I think once the price changed, and once the price was gonna, but I did the math, and the savings out wieghed the amount it would save me in a write off, so i didn't get a recipt.
If your not getting a "Kevin Special Deal" I don't see why they wouldn't give you a recipt no problem.
I should add I'm not trying to come across as an EZ Fanboy, just stating how I see it during my experiances. |

Thank you silver, you agree 100% with me.. I am by no means a fanboy at all, but honestly... YOU make the ultimate choice if you choose not to get a receipt then it is your own fault. If you buy something at walmart that costs a couple hundred dollars would u not ask for a receipt if you didnt receive one? and if you do not get one you think it will be likely to return it without a large hassle? |

We don't know why you have constant issue's with us with your continuous post of unhapiness with the way we do business
But we are willing to make it right for and to your satifaction so please come down to our NEW SHOP and see if we can find a happy medium

| I bought cornerlights from you guys but turns out they are for a 4 dr... bought em the same time i got my rims, got busy and never ended up coming back to swap em, i figured i would just consider it a write off as to having no receipt... but thats the price you pay right? |

So in short many have receipts but losse them and still have been taken care of by Kevin to satisfaction or we would not still be in business

Yup, I owe him the last $200 for my window and he owes me a new targa top... Kinda glad I wait this long.. found a could more issues with it. I have no recipt yet, but the deal was I'd get teh recipt when I paid it off, which is fair.
I'm quite busy right now so I haven't been able to stop by, any idea how long my car would be needed for to re-do the top? |

I'm impressed he remembers =) quite a few people come and go so I wouldnt be suprised if he didnt. Like I have always said to people at meets and such, I've always had a good experience with EZ and everytime someone talks poorly of you guys it is usually noones fault but their own. I will stop by sometime soon with those corners =) |
