Putting 24" rims on an SUV only proves one thing, you have more money than brains, there is absolutely NO advantage... Except you'll be able to ride through the ghetto and get "mad props from da holmies!"
Rims that big will make a stock SUV ride like absolute CRAP, decrease gas mileage WAY further than stock, tires will be harder (and much much more expensive to find) as I said... More money than brains.
I don't think there's a single thing wrong with getting a nice set of aftermarket 20" rims, lots of vehicles come factory with 20"s and tires are relatively cheap/easy to find... Also, a lot of times, aftermarket 20"s are LIGHTER than stock rims...
Just don't DONK out your SUV... That's all I'm saying. |

Anyway to help you out garage works brings in a variety of brands from vellano to mayas and even works are making 20" + plus now. I have a set of vellanos powder coated pearl white with chrome lip to match my car. |
