| I got 33K on the car now and according to the dealership, I have 75% pad on the front and 70% on the rear brakes. They say I don't need to replace the pads until it goes below 50%, but I feel the car is not stopping as good as before (maybe I'm just paranoid). Should I replace them? |

Try a couple things first:
- bleed your brakes.
- try a pad bed-in procedure. Even though your brakes aren't new, doing a proper bed-in at any time can help re-establish a proper pad material transfer onto your rotor surface.
If following those steps, you still don't find any improvement, then look closer at your hardware and whether something needs replacing. |

Brakes are weird sometimes in my experience. My last car, depending on its mood, would stop on a dime, or barely even slow down! Scary stuff.
Pads were fine, and brakes were bled.
Drive with the brakes on at about 30kmh, push on them, and on the gas... do that a bit, if you don't notice a difference, then go get your brakes bled. Try not to do it TOO long though (20seconds) or you may even boil your brake fluid, then fo sho needing to bleed your lines.
