| just curious, i did some reading and the evo 1 (october 92) is legal in 4 months and yet nobody has postings for preorder, what gives? are they uber hard to find ? |

They aren't very common to start with (you can thank engine importers and the half cut industry for that I believe). More importantly we aren't comfortable buying cars further than 2 months in advance at this point due to the risk of a rule change. It seems as though there won't be a rule change this year, but we can't be sure.
If you want to pre-order one we have no problem sourcing it for you, but you must be prepared to accept the fact that if the rule change does happen, the car will likely have to be resold in Japan and a part of your investment could be lost. |
