what are the local laws on them? Underglow? Strobes? etc.
i read the laws, and i cant find something let alone anything on them |

Try looking for laws on "lights" instead of "underglow". All lights on the front of your car must be white unless the law says otherwise, all lights on the back must be red unless the law says otherwise, and you cannot put any coloured lights on your car other than what is prescribed by the law.
As for strobes......seriously. You don't think they'd be distracting? Ergo illegal? |

| i did think about that lights part, but i was wondering if it was legal to drive with red or another color on, and strobes as in sitting in a lot with them on... |

Read the section about "lights". Red is only allowed on the back.......but the general section says you can't add ANY coloured lights except those specified, which puts the kaibosh on red.
The law also doesn't say anything about whether the car is moving or whether they're on, just that you can't have them. Interpret that however you want, my interpretation is it doesn't matter and they aren't allowed period. |

thank you, i could not have said it better myself :) i lose respect when people say that someone else's preference is gay. i like the looks of neons and strobes, so i will get them. my car, my style. if you dont like them, no one is making you get them. |
