2) Eibach Prokit Lowering Springs (Approximately 1" drop all around) -$100.00
Would this fit MR2 MK1's? sorry for the dumb ? Newbie on MR2's :D |

Yes ND4SPD,
They do fit, skinny ones in the back, fatter ones in the front. It is not a dumb question, so no need to be sorry. Springs rates are the same as well.

| I never heard of the mk2 springs being a direct swap with mk1 springs. I could be wrong though. |

Yeah,
I found that out three weeks ago that they carry that same part number for the eibach prokit. I do not know about the rest of the Eibach line, though. I did not inquire about those when I was in spring purchasing mode.

So Heeter,
Have you tried it and it worked? :o
Anyway, how do you find Suspension Techniques? is it better that Eibach?
Comments pls. |

Hi ND4SPD,
I chatted with someone who said that they are interchangeable. And judging by seeing Turbo's pics posted, they do look exactly the same as the ones I saw for the MKI. I did end up however buying INTRAXX instead of Prokit. I posted this question on www.mr2faq.com to see why they use different part numbers yet they match. I will get back to you when I hear from over there.
