It's got a great MVA (no cheap TN) panel, loads of different inputs (HDMI, component video, VGA, S-Vid, ). It can act as a 1080P TV (without tuner) so if you want to, say hook up the PS3 in your room and not have a giant 42" or 50" to get a great picture. The colour depth is really nice too.
Put the mini-PC back to SLI for benchmarking. At stock speeds here's the benchmarks:
3Dmark 2005: 9462
3Dmark 2006: 5493
The processor is also good to 2.7GHz from its stock 2.0, but the small case would make heat an issue, so I leave it at stock for selling and let whoever gets it experiment for fun |

Might even have an old IBM 701CS (the old butterfly keybd laptop) but I think the battery is toast on it... |

As much as I love to talk about computers, I just don't have the time to say the same things over and over again because someone chooses not to understand. I've already used or sold all the items you've said you were interested in, and I'm sure any computer store would be happy to help you with whatever else you need. |

The now-rebuilt Pummeler is ready to roll with Vista Ultimate. I haven't RAIDed the drivesbecause some people have asked to have one storage drive and one OS drive....but I could :thumbup:
Just did some basic benchmarking with the processor at 3.15GHz.... 3Dmark06 scores 14850...Vid cards at stock, but with the big fans, they should OC very nicely. |
