Its a ford.. it uses the powerstroke desiel, and triton v8 engines...
sure it doesnt look that much different from a hummer, but I dont see anything that is "Sueable"
Jeep sued GM years ago because the hummer grille had 7 verticle slots in its front grill.. the same as the JEEP logo.. I have no idea how this case ended up...
... i dont think this fits under SUV... there is absolutly nothing sporty about it? XUV seems proper... it doesnt fit anywhere in the scheme of automotive classification. Maybe under Yacht.. :D LYUV?
