How did you run the speaker wire through your door? I already checked the NTPOG article, i'm planning on using 12 gauge wire. I'll be running 70 watts RMS.

I'm not totally sure. I had professionals install my system since I'm not very good at electric's.

I'm pretty sure they ran the power wires from the amp in the trunk along the passenger side of the car (under the carpet) and up into the door at the hinge area.

Mine went from the trunk, under the back seats, under the carpet, under the door sill and then through the door where the hinges are. To go under carpet, it helps to use a coat hanger and tape the wire to the end.

I'm actually concered about the wiring in the door. Did you guys drill a new hole in the door or were you able to route it through the rubber cover?
