Came from the factory with the turbo on it so I guess Mitsubishi installed it. :dunno:
It's not my car, I listed it for a friend.

| THATS NOT AN EVO ITS A RALLIART!!!i had a Lancer and i was going to get a turbo, and under that aluminum shroud isnt where the turbo is, and it wouldnt even be close to there. that is where the factory header is. you might as well close this thread due to lack of knowledge, unless it REALLY is turbo you might want to take pics of it. thanks for coming out. |

I'm not one to jump on you or your buddy. But unless those pictures are wrong, I think he is just mis-informed. The Ralliart factory package did not include a turbo. The dealership could have added one, but it would have been a very expensive upgrade and very easy to see.
And to show you a pic of what a turbo'd Lancer would look like, it's easy to see if there is a turbo kit installed or not.

| OMG I dont see turbo anyway.. Look at the intake pipe...The pipe is direct from duct...where is the intercooler pipe? Thius is not turbo sorry. Oh and also, from south mitsubishi dealer, they are asking $21000 (include GST) for brand new 06 rallyart.. my brother is working at there. |

I personally have never seen this car but I agree... there is no way there's a turbo on that motor.
There's no piping, no IC... I think the stealership BS'd him.
I'll go have a look today and get back to you guys.
Oh and the price was supposed to be $22,500 not $25,000.

Sorry and not to rag on you with the rest, although you may deserve it.
You might also want to tell your "friend" that along with that car not coming from and dealership turbo'd, people can go to dealerships and get brand new 06 RA's for less then he wants for a used one. I know this because I know people who have bought one.

| yeah my dad turbo'd his last car, he put a new exhaust mani on, it was sooo shiny n it was this crazy factory silver color, boosted the car like 150hp... the g-forces were unexplainable. |
