Ya, but I thought I would go watch a movie at a friends house, like not even 10 min from my house!....should have just stayed my ass at home.:( or maybe just stick to doing 10 over the speed limit...oh well I guess lesson learned.

dude that sucks ass, but by the way it sounds you gonna own them in court i just fought a exhaust/speeding ticket and got off on both. when i told the cop my exhaust was legal the exact words out of his mouth was " i dont know how the law applys to custom work, so i'm still giving you a ticket". my argument was how the hell can he give me a speeding ticket or anyother ticket if he doesnt know the law.

take a picture or video of the area where you were pulled over and show it to the crown guy. make sure to grab all of the speed limit signs aswell.

i love how some pf the mods here go on power trips ans assumeshit all the time. but thats beside the point. Just follow some of the advice in the the other thread. Go get quotes from some lawyers and talk to pointts aswell. i personaly have used points a handfull of time since i have been driving and have never had a problem with the outcome the have gotten for me.

Ya I know what you mean, The cop asked me about the turbo timer AFTER he let me go lol, still I think I pissed him off again but that was after they started treating me like a POS, and yes most MODS do go on power trips and assume shit all the time.

all in all, 140 in a 60 zone is going to be hard to beat, that's 80 over.
